Roxie Weber Plaza has 76 one-bedroom units, and 9 units have been specifically designated for those in wheelchairs. This is a smoke free building Roxie Weber Plaza is located at 807 S. Lowry in Stillwater, Oklahoma, so it is within walking distance of the Post Office, City Hall, and the many businesses in downtown Stillwater. Elevators provide easy access to each apartment on the second and third floors. Each apartment is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating unit. Fire alarms, a sprinkler system, and video monitoring cameras in the public areas add extra protection for individual residents. To qualify for the Roxie Weber Plaza, you must be: 1. A single person or couple. 2. Age 62 or older, or disabled. 3. Within the income limits that are set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 4. Capable of living independently.
